PAYMENT POLICY

Payment must be made in U.S. dollars.
 
When paying your fees with check, make it payable to The Language Institute. If you are sending a check (cashier’s check or bank draft) issued by a financial institution outside of the United States, your check must be a draft drawn on a financial institution in the United States and payable in United States currency.
 
When paying your fees with money order, make it payable to The Language Institute. If you are sending a money order issued outside of the United States, it must be an international money order drawn on a financial institution in the United States and payable in United States currency.
 
When paying your fees with check or international money order, mail your payment to:

When paying your fees with credit card or debit card (bank ATM card that has VISA or Master Card logo), you must complete and submit a Credit Card Authorization Form to our office. If your credit card or debit card is issued by a financial institution outside of the United States, you must pay a 5% additional fee. Only VISA and Master Card are accepted.
 

When sending your fees using Wire Transfer, you are responsible for all fees and bank charges including our bank transaction fee which currently is $30. The Language Institute must receive the required amount in full plus our $30 transaction fee.

Please consult with your financial institution for the amount of fees and charges you have to pay to your bank.

Any payment returned unpaid due to insufficient funds or any other reasons is subject to $40 charge.
